HELLO... THIS IS YOUR COUNTRY CALLING!

Hello. This is your country calling. I'm being kidnapped by a gang of politicians! Please help... they are trying to rip the Constitution from my grasp! I'm not sure how much longer I can hold on. Send help fast!

If only our country had a voice! It did once... but it grew quiet when it got caught up in the daily hustle of to and fro. Technology increased and demanded more from us... wasn't the whole idea of advancing technology meant to make things easier, and give us MORE time? What happened? The American voice... the people. That's you. That's me. Where have we been? What have we been doing? We've been running to and fro in the madness, with our quiet voices.... worrying about who we will offend and what others will think... so we have just walked silently. It's easier that way. Right? Riiiight. Meanwhile, there are those with an agenda at hand... an agenda to transform this country into something most of us have never known, and I pray that we never do. Unlike those who are shuffled among the rat race, those with an agenda are purposefully walking a road to a goal they've set out to reach. We need to have an agenda too! Which are you? Are you shuffling your feet with silent voices, or are you walking with an agenda at hand... with bold voices? The term "wolves in sheep's clothing" has become cliche', but take the old fable to heart. The purpose of the wolf wearing the sheep's fleece was to get into the flock, with the sheep unaware. There are "wolves" walking in our country today. They are sly and wise. Their agenda is to devour the US Constitution and take God out of our country. They walk behind "politically correct" ideas to advance their powers... and those who are afraid to have an opinion that goes against the politically correct ideas, fall in line behind their ticket to ride. Only, this is no freedom train you're getting on!

Politically correct, religiously. Hmm, what does that mean? Let's not confuse political correctness toward religion... with freedom of religion. Freedom of religion does not mean that you are free to do whatever you wish, for the sake of your religion. I watched radical Muslims on the streets of America screaming out things against our country, passing out literature to those walking by. They declared their support of terrorism against this country... the very country that protects them. Political correctness says "you cannot touch them... freedom of religion." However, if you were to go to Muslim countries to do business... what rights or freedoms do you think you would have there? You would have the right to do what you are told you can do, and you better not do what you are told you cannot do. There are no concerns for political correctness there. They do not cower or cater to you. If their religious beliefs do not allow them to eat, you do not eat. One country, I know as a fact, that there are rules about who can go to the gyms to work out, and when. They laugh in the face of America's "political correctness."

Religious freedom. What is "religious freedom" becoming? It's not religious freedom that government is seeking today. It's a Christ-less America being sought out. It's about removing Christianity from America. It's being brought in under a facade... multi-culture and love of all religions. I remember when my oldest son was in first grade. This was back in 1993... about the time things began to change in schools. We were told that the children could not exchange "Christmas" gifts, and that nothing that said "Christmas" on it would be allowed. There would be no Christmas tree in class that year. One day, my son brought home a picture of a manora that he had colored in class. He was very proud of it, and told me all about the meaning of the manora. When I questioned the teacher about it, she explained that the students were being taught "multi-culturalism." "Ah, I see," I said to the teacher, "so multi-culturalism teaching means you can teach the children about any religion ACCEPT Christianity." I had no problem with my son learning about a manora or Hanukkah. The problem was that Christianity and the Christian beliefs were excluded. That is the road our country has been going down. The agenda is not to bring equal rights and tolerance of all religions. That's the sheep's fleece the wolves have been wearing. The agenda is to remove God from our country, and to take away Christian rights and freedoms. The agenda is to quiet the Christian voice. It's a road to a country led by dictators. God and Christ have been removed from public schools. The agenda moves forward as our Constitution is challenged by leaders in government. I am urging you to step out of the shuffling crowd of drones. We were given a mind to think. We need to use it. Your country is screaming for help. We have to rescue it, because... guess what? Your country is you. It is me. It is your children, and my children. It is their children. We have GOT to be aware, and get engaged with a movement to stop those who are taking us to the wrong kind of "change." America needs to recover from its laryngitis and speak out with strong bold voices!

I can so often relate to this song. There is a picture in this video of a tornado next to a huge lightening bolt. On the day Rich was killed in such a tragic way... I felt like that is what happened to me... like my life had simultaneously been hit by a horrific lightening rod and whirling tornado at the same time. It has often been difficult to understand how my Father in Heaven.... my creator...... could allow so much pain and suffering in this world. It would seem that surely a loving creator could not possibly allow this world to continue in such pain and suffering. But I realize that pain and suffering is created by man... through hatred and bitterness... through hardened hearts and evil minds..... the very same mankind that nailed Christ to a cross. In the silence I cry out to God, and I question... are you there? And in the stillness of lonely days, He never fails to answer "I am here" to my spirit.... and shows me in so many ways.

Please think about the many people in the world today... those who are suffering.... the homeless; the abused; the hungry; those who fight wars and are victims of wars; the sick and the dying; the widows and widowers; the fatherless and motherless; the orphaned and the abandoned; the hurting and the lonely.... in the silence cry out for them. Dedicate your heart to love. Smile at a stranger. Be more that another person carrying a religious label. Let God be seen in you. Be love to the world, so that others can know He IS there.
